How to add listings manually

For agencies · Updated 12 August 2026

If your branch doesn't use a CRM or property feed, you can add and manage listings by hand from your dashboard. Manual listings appear on LandSale just like feed listings, with your branding and enquiry details attached.

Don't see an Add Listing button? Manual listings are switched on per branch. Request them from the "Get your listings on LandSale" prompt on your dashboard, or email support@landsale.co.uk, and we'll enable them for you.

Create a listing

  1. Log in, open your branch dashboard and go to Listings.
  2. Select Add Listing.
  3. Work through the form. Only fill in what's relevant to the property; everything else can be left out.

Photos

Upload your photos and drag to reorder them. The first photo is the main image buyers see in search results. Captions are optional.

Price and size

Enter the price, an optional qualifier such as "Guide Price" or "Offers Over", and the land size with its unit. A preview shows exactly how the price will display on your listing. Accurate acreage matters: buyers on LandSale filter and search by land size.

Property details

Location

Enter the postcode to place the listing on the map, then fine-tune the pin. The postcode is only used for map placement and isn't shown publicly. Town, city and county are worked out automatically from the pin.

Description

Write your main description using the formatting toolbar: headings, bold text and bullet points make it easy for buyers to scan. You can also add:

Everything else

Attach PDF brochures, add the EPC rating, and record utilities, property features, and rights and restrictions where they apply.

Publish

When you create the listing, your photos and brochures upload with a progress indicator, and we briefly process the listing before it goes live on LandSale. This usually takes a few minutes.

Keeping listings up to date

Open any listing from Listings in your dashboard to edit its details, update photos, or change its status as it goes under offer or sells. Keeping statuses accurate helps buyers trust your stock and keeps your branch profile up to date.
